Where we are…. We are in unprecented times for sure. Humans thrive on structure. We like to know what we are doing or at least feel a bit in control. Covid – 19 has us all in uncharted waters. We can give in to the anxiety and fear. Or we can change our perspective. Start with a deep ( I mean deep) breath. Slowly exhale. Now do it again. The increased oxygen helps to clear the brain and engage your higher brain. Tomorrow we will review some things you do to help stave off the anxiety.
